Hi Kathleen, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: -We did bring additional towels and hangers for you. -We let you know about the broken blinds and that we're trying to get them fixed as soon as we can. -We don't have carpet but do have rugs. We'll inspect them and see if they need cleaning. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Hi Ben, we're glad that you didn't have any issues with this house, but sorry the parking was a bit difficult. These owners work hard to provide a relaxing stay for all guests, but unfortunately, the actions of the neighbors or community management are out of their control. The homeowners were not aware that parking was an issue for you, but they wish you would have let them know so they could help provide a solution. Guests can park at the nearby rec center if needed.
