This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the highly sought after in the Village of St. James. This home is on a corner lot with a lot of privacy. As you approach this corner home-site notice the incredible curb appeal with vibrant flowers and mature trees for that beautiful exotic feeling of paradise. As you enter this lovely home, you are welcomed with an open floor plan. Volume ceilings make the home feel open and airy.

Home was centrally located to 2 of the 3 Town squares, only 10-15min golf cart ride and easy to get around the areas. Spacious rooms and nice decor. Owners were very friendly and easy to contact with any questions, usually a response in a few mins.

Plenty of room and amenities. We grilled a few times too. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. We enjoyed the Villages lifestyle with pools, games, shopping, dining and entertainment. The house was great and so were the hosts.

The home is very clean and well presented as a home away from home. Very much appreciated the little extras, such as the electric grill. The hosts are very responsive and display excellent customer service. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest recreation centre, featuring pickleball courts, tennis courts, a pool, and other activities.
