"Room was advertised with a soaking tub, but there was no tub. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but felt a bit dirty due to being "old" and not updated. Carpet was old and looked dirty. I thought the price was high for the quality. Staff were nice and helpful. However, the manager spent a good amount of time outside and at one point someone couldn't check in due to him not being there. I know because my room key was deactivated and I couldn't get in my room and was waiting at the front desk for him to arrive."

"Hotel and room were very clean and looked newly updated. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. However, the pool was out of order during our stay which was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. One of my sons forgot his toothbrush so I sent him to the front desk to ask for one since they have signs saying to ask if you forgot something because they can provide many common toiletries. Person at the front desk told him they didn’t have any. The convenience shop was also pretty bare and not replenished during our stay. The room walls are paper thin. You hear everything in the hall like it’s happening in the room. They even provide ear plugs so I’m assuming it’s a common complaint. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either."

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly, it has plenty of parking and is accessible to the highway and close to the nearby Keystone mall. The gym features a nice amount of equipment and several treadmills. Their free breakfast and kickback and dinner were all excellent. Great location!"

"Our experience was absolutely terrible at this hotel. We were heading to our concert when we got a call from the hotel stating that our dog was barking. We go all the way back to find that our dog was passed out on the bed. The hotel didnt even check to see if it was our dog barking, it ended up being the dog right next to us constantly barking. The hotel called us not once but 10 times as we were heading back. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Not only were we out money for the concert but we ended up leaving."
