This hotel is right in the center of Canal Park so convenient to everything. It is very affordable in the winter. There's a good bar and grill right across the street that stays open until 2 AM in the morning which is a big plus if you're arriving late.

It was a nice overnight stay. Close to restaurants and bars to walk too. The history of the building was neat to see while eating breakfast downstairs. The staff was really helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place to stay at.

Slow check-in. Had to wait half an hour to have a room prepared. Breakfast did not have a waffle maker. I thought the website said it would. Trash can was full when we arrived at our room. All of the staff were polite and helpful despite the busier than normal traffic on a Sunday.

I would stay again. Helpful staff. Love the kitchen so we can make our allergy free food. Parking is free but a bit of a pain across the busy street. Great location. Great breakfast too! Dog friendly and most of the shops in Duluth are dog friendly too! Many restaurants around in walking distance.

We came home with so many bed bug bites! The room seemed nice enough. But nothing can make the bed bugs feel okay. There had to have been an infestation based on the number of bites we left with. Crossing my fingers we didn't bring home any hitchhikers.

Everything was 10/10 about our stay except the breakfast- but that didn't even bother us because it gave us a reason to get coffee and food somewhere local. The staff was amazing and prompt. Our room was spotless when we asked for a clean. The location was absolutely perfect for our trip. I will stay here everytime I visit!
