"I really enjoyed the property my mom used to work at Westgate lake resorts and I used to drop her off and pick her up but I never stayed on the property well she died in 2015 so my recent stay was very nostalgic for me I thought about her the entire time I enjoyed the room so much I didn't go anywhere"

"Room was nice, but simple. Could be updated. Tv in living room did not work. Pool area was convenient but pool chairs were a reserved status charge to sit close to pool even though the pool was empty. Found this ridiculous considering it was not peak season nor crowded. Bar staff was too into their own conversation to take our order. Check in staff felt the same. Ending up waiting 20 minutes for drinks and nachos that had microwave cheese on it. Definitely not worth the money. Way too many daily texts from the hotel about daily events. I almost wanted to block them they were so abundant. Balcony was ok. "

"Constant construction drilling noise we heard from room from pool everywhere. No escaping that noise. It was pretty bad. I should have read the reviews. And it looks like that construction will be going on for while unfortunately. "
