"I feel i should give the folks who run the hotel a little credit because the craziness of spring break. I’m sure it is fatiguing to operate a business under those conditions. But some basic things i would say needs repair. The room we stayed in needed an update - Toilet seat was broken, shower did not drain, and the carpet needed to be replaced. I asked to move a couple times but was not accommodated. Overall the Staff was polite. We did choose to eat elsewhere, the food relative to the cost ($8 drop coffee!) was not appealing.In the end I think if the maintenance team dedicated more time making sure the rooms are operational it would go a long way. Especially during the busy season. But you could see everyone was doing their best and that’s all you can ask for during the busy season. "
