"The location is excellent for travel to Boston and shopping is right nearby.The space itself is rather disjointed and spread out, but with teenagers that is fine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances but not conducive to cooking. The sponge for cleaning dishes should be replaced.The bedrooms are very cozy and warm. The beds are comfortable and when asked for another blanket the owner responded rapidly.The bathroom was well equipped with towels and was nice and warm. The shower as others have stated is pretty grimy and could use an overhaul, but the water was nice and warm and the water pressure is good.Laundry facilities were a HUGE plus!! Thank you for supplying the laundry soap!My kids really enjoyed the ping pong table.Overall it is a good value for the money."

"We enjoyed our stay at this stunning home for Christmas with our extended family. The house was clean, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for our group. We cooked a big Christmas dinner, played games in the living room, and even ventured outside to enjoy the yard in the snow. The grounds are beautiful and the kids had a great time exploring. Lots of cool stuff to find around the house, the library bedroom was our favorite! If you are on the fence about where to stay near Boston, this is it! "
