ザレジデンスゴルフコース ツアーとアクティビティ

As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities. However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits. I hope to see these areas addressed, as they would significantly improve the guest experience and help bring the service back up to the high standard this hotel is capable of.

姪を訪ねる旅で住宅地のこのホテルに3泊しました。2日目の朝洗面所のシーリングライトの辺りから水漏れが・・。直ぐにレセプションに連絡するもテクニシャンが来ない。1時間くらいして再度水漏れが始まりレセプションに行くと結局部屋を変わる事に。ジュニアスイートにアップグレードされこの部屋はキッチンもあり快適。チェックアウト時に使っていないチャージを請求されたが、部屋を途中で変わったせか・・・。カルタゴなどの観光には便利な場所である。
