Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again.
