ホテル周辺は静かで、美術館など観光にもアクセスが便利でした。またスタッフも親切で、市内地図や行き方など教えて頂きました。なにより朝食が美味しく満足でした。

美術館に近い高級ホテル

部屋のセンスも非常によく快適でした。次もここにします。朝食ビュッフェもメニュー豊富で美味しく、説明も丁寧。傘を借りようとしたら品切れ？で借りられず、それがなければ完璧でした。なおホテル案内の書類は部屋になく全てテレビ画面での説明です（日本語なし）。

観光に便利で、部屋も快適

観光するにも徒歩圏内であり、かつ部屋がかなり綺麗です。バスルームも広くバスタブと別にシャワーブースもあり、快適でした。

デン・ハーグを楽しむのには最高の立地

路面電車も近く歩いてもショッピング、散歩など楽しめる素晴らしい立地です。お部屋もさすがとヒルトンという感じで申し分なかったです。また利用したいと思います。

観光には便利

こちらのホテルのエグゼクティブルームに２泊しました。駅からはタクシーで10分くらいです。ホテルを出てすぐ左手から商店街が始まるので、ぶらぶらしながら美術館巡りをするには良い立地でした。エグゼクティブラウンジはソフトドリンクだけでなく、アルコール類も終日いただけるようになっていました。ただ、少し狭く、たまたまだと思いますが、ソファー席がグループで占領されていてちょっと騒がしかったです。夏ですとテラスもあるようなので、また違った印象だったかもしれません。朝食はエグゼクティブラウンジでも1Fのレストランでもただけますが、1Fのレストランの方がはやり品数も多く、広いのでお勧めです。内装もシックで、スタッフの方も親切でとてもよかったです。

レセプション　コンサルジュの対応はさすがﾋﾙﾄﾝと親切適切で老人の個人旅行として大変良かった　立地も観光には最高　残念な事にはハウスキーピングがまことにひどかった　３連泊だったのでシーツカバー類はエコの理念から毎日取り替えないという事は世界基準としても賛同できます　しかしまったくベットメイクが出来ていない上掛けだけをてきとうにかぶせなおすだけホテルは疲れて帰ってきてピンとしたべっとに横たわり心地良い夢を見る何よりの喜びですそれが毎夕しわくちゃさらにトイレットペパー浴用石鹸など毎日催促しないとセットしてないのです５つ星を誇る世界に冠たるホテルが管理責任者はチェックしないのでしょうか大変残念でした

最高品質の宿

泊まったヒルトンの中でも質の高いサービスでした。休日料金で安かったのもありますが、部屋は広く、シャーブース独立、朝食も質が高い（発泡性白ワインがサーブされる朝食付きを薦めます）。唯一問題は、立地で、マウリッツハイスが開いているならいい場所ですが（いまは14年6月末まで閉館中）、商店街のはずれでトラムまで１ブロックあり、スーツケースを転がしていくのは骨が折れる距離です。もともと高級ホテルですから、タクシーでの行き来が当然の前提という立地です。平和宮が近いので、外交官風の方が多く落ち着いた雰囲気です。

ハーグ随一の高級ホテル

ハーグでは要人も宿泊する高級ホテルです。スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で、ホテルの施設はいずれも手入れが行き届いていました。特にエグゼクティブフロアのラウンジは充実していて快適でした。

どなたも満足されると思います

市の中心部に近いにもかかわらず閑静であり、すぐ近くにはレストランやアンティークショップが並ぶ通りがあって、非常によいロケーションでした。朝食が素晴らしく、スタッフの態度もよかったです。ただひとつ、部屋の快適度が5点でないのは、エアコンを切ることができなくなり、寒風が止まらなくなることがあったからです。それは稀有なことでしょうから、全体として高評価にしました。

Leider kann ich keine verdiente 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war viel kleiner als auf der Website abgebildet. Das Kingsize-Bett war kleiner als in vielen anderen Hotels. Es gab Silberfische und es war sehr staubig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand würde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Grundsätzlich gute Preis-Leistung, schönes Restaurant/Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer (executive) grosszügig aber sehr veraltet mit Teppich, nicht mehr zeitgemäss meines Erachtens. Alles in allem jedoch angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Ik vind het jammer dat ik -als Nederlandse- engels moet spreken bij de receptie. Fijn, schoon hotel, maar erg warm, zowel in de gangen als in de kamer. In deze tijd van klimaatverandering zou 'n paar graadjes minder het Hilton niet misstaan! Fantastisch ontbijt!

Geachte mevrouw Ilse,Hartelijk dank voor uw verblijf en feedback.Graag informeer ik u dat wij een internationaal bedrijf zijn met gasten en medewerkers over de hele wereld vandaan, daarom spreekt niet iedereen nederlands bij ons. Echter is er altijd wel iemand aanwezig die nederlands spreekt als dat uw voorkeur heeft. Aangaande de temperatuur in het hotel wil ik u graag meedelen dat wij heel bewust met verwarming om gaan. Aangezien het in nederland ineens heel warm is of in eens heel koud kunnen wij de temeratuur niet in een paar uur kouder krijgen. Dit omdat wij geen airconditioning hebben maar een klimaat controle systeem. Average 5* hotel. The bathroom is VERY small, especially the shower, the cabin is so tiny that you can’t move well, it is as small as a locker room shower. The TV has no smart functionalities, so no streaming whatsoever. The location is good and close to the center.

Abgelaufene Milchprodukte beim Frühstück , dreckige Kaffe Tassen haben für eine schlechte Erfahrung gesorgt. Als Entschuldigung gab es eine Flasche Wasser. Das Personal was erkältet hat ohne Maske gearbeitet.

Nice breakfast buffet .. front desk staff but so friendly .. but overall service was great ! We enjoyed the connecting rooms w my kids !
