"Very clean, great location, great communication with host. However it is the house of rules (posted everywhere inside). After a long day wanted to come back and kick back but the furniture is not comfortable, no where to cozy in. Would choose elsewhere on our next visit. Also advertised as home not townhouse and from nowhere in the house can you see the beautiful view."

"Was not advertised that this was a basement of a main home. Unable to lock doors to main house from basement apartment side. The doors only locked from main house side. It was chilly and there is not ability to control temperature from apartment. The host did turn temperature up for a little bit in the evening, however it got chilly again about an hour later. It was spacious with four bedrooms, however only one bathroom which made it difficult with number of people staying in the VRBO "

"Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for couple of hours only so didn’t get a chance to feel it. The only thing is that property was very far away from every nice location and unfortunately owners didn’t see my reservation and when we were there they were not ready for us. It wasn’t anyones fault but because of this i was late for other places i was supposed to be seeing. Otherwise rooms are nice and clean, Everything looks very cozy and if you are going to visit Utah for a couple of days that is a good place to stay ."
