"We check in at 4:45 pm to be informed that the pool is out of order. (Which was the whole reason we booked that hotel) but that’s okay, stuff happens. We improvised & went to Russell Sims (with only an hour to let the kids roam before they closed.) so +$50 on our trip— We get back to the rooms (we booked 2) and learn our fridge is not working. — maybe it’s unplugged I thought. Only to discover COCKROACHES. ALIVE & DEAD!! So we go to the front desk to request another set of rooms because now the kids won’t have anything to drink. They say they have no rooms We went to the gas station to buy a cooler & ice for the kids. — +$25 again. maybe we can at least get what we had to pay out of our pocket covered by the “amenities” that the hotel advertises that they had but did not have. Next day Me and my stepmom go downstairs. The lady was on the phone and waved her finger and said “I’ll be with you all in one moment” , again no problem , she was on the phone and we were willing to wait. Fast forward maybe 2 minutes. She flies out the office. “I TOLD YOU ALL I WOULD BE WITH YOU ALL IN A FEW MOMENTS — WAIT IN THE LOBBY” In that moment I was stunned. I didn’t know how to react so I said “maam we were waiting like you ask “NO I AM NOT PUTTING UP WITH RUDE ATTITUDES” I’m now panicking bc of anxiety so we ask if there is anyone above her and she tells us to leave, calls the cops & the cop “bans us” from the property. All on my daughter’s birthday."

"Most of the things in room were either badly damaged or didnt work at all. Couldntvadjust temp on air cond because the button was missing to adjust temp. Light above sink didnt work. Handle for tub felt like it was going to fall apart soon when i tried to use it. Tub looked terrible. Should have been thrown out long ago. Frig was the only thing that worked good! Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone but it was cheap however."

"No pool. Permanently closed. Elevator broken. Holes and water damage in the ceiling in room and hallways. Very dirty rugs in halls and rooms. Music from the bar wakes you up. Breakfast is sparse in variety. One type of bread. 2 cheapest cereals. Waffle maker had no mix available. 2 drinks only. Orange Juice or coffee. 1 type of fruit. Unripe oranges."
