"At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman. "

"The room is clean, hotel is still feel great, spacious, gym facility is complete. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is quiet as it is located in residential area, about 10-15 minutes drive to downtown and abdali mall. However, if you are looking for more lively place, this is not for you. There are small good restaurants nearby and also currency exchange, but not as lively as downtown."

"My first room was moldy and had a terrible smell to it, i cant believe they would even put someone in it. I asked for a change and my next room was fine and i stayed two nights. They cant be cheap and try putting a paying customer in the bad rooms."
