Management thought you were in a private conversation and we didn't want to interfere. You said you were on hold with Expedia, which we heard and acknowledged, you do realize we talked to Expedia on your phone at that time when you got hold of an Expedia Assistant and even afterwards we were in contact with Expedia personally, so yes we also know your history.Oh by the way didn't you leave another hotel before coming to us, with the same comments? Didn't you check out with us having a smile on your face thanking the management for the quiet zen time, the hospitality, just doing that little bit more to accommodate you...Safe travels.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. The new management took over a year ago and we’ve been doing a lot of refurbishments which are still ongoing, also at the pool area. Our suites are furbished with antique furniture mostly Saban style with a touch of modernism, the modern furniture is just eight months old. If we would have been addressed to the fact that the bathroom sink was not in working order, we would have had the opportunity to do the necessary repairs. Unfortunately for the cockroaches, we are located in a rain forested area and we duly treat on a regular on a base, we shall certainly review the spraying schedule. We do hope you had a nice dining experience with service minded staff to accommodate you and your family. We wish your son a great time at the Medical School on Saba.Kind regards,Team Queen’s

Thanks for your review. We are sorry that our fan was not working. The mobile airco we brought you, however, was working, only fan speed was at one speed and could not be changed, but it was cooling. Our hotel is in the jungle, animals live with us. These rats are living in the forest but sometimes enter the resort, though we have measures against them. When they are spotted, we are able to remove them within one or two days. We understand you were not happy to see one, which happens very incidentally, that is the other side of being in the midst of nature. Televisions are working, but you have to stream your own content as there is no cable company at this island anymore. We hope you still enjoyed your time on Saba, it was planned for one day and as you told us the day you wanted to extend was not possible because of the ferry schedules.
