「My experience at this place was terrible. I booked the hotel that very day—just before 6:00 PM—and arrived at 11:00 PM to check in, only to find that they couldn't locate my reservation. I had to call Expedia support to help me resolve the issue; I spent two hours on the phone—until 1:00 AM—before I was finally able to check in. They gave me a key card that didn't work for the room, so they gave me another one that *did* work—but for a different room. However, that room had only one bed, whereas...

「The hotel lobby, rooms, stairways and everything else were very clean. The breakfast bar is okay- there was bagels, bread and pastries. 2 kinds of cereal. Packaged oatmeal, yogurt, apples and a waffle machine. There were eggs and sausage each morning we were there and those were not that great but overall it was okay. Good coffee! The pool room was clean and warm but the actual pool is COLD. The room did have AC that worked well! The bathroom fan was squeaking which was more of an annoyance than...

「I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.」

「昔の留学先の向かいにあることから宿泊しました。この辺に住んだことがある人ならとてもリーズナブルで利便性の良い場所。近くにはNAFTA METROという地下鉄がありダウンタウンへのアクセスもよい。レストランはローカルしかないがチャイナキングもあり、トップスというスーパーもあり困ることはない。」

「I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with...

「A clean, quiet, and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is friendly. Tea, coffee, and juices are available at any time of day or night. I gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 because the swimming pool was out of order, and the laundry service was also unavailable.」

「Hotel was super clean and the house keeper was kind and accommodating! The interior of rooms are much better than the exterior of property. Certainly appreciate the upgrades to the room. Only disappointment is that breakfast is more of a grab and go cereal yogurt and toast that a full warm breakfast. The dining area is a bit misleading but that can be me. lol. Would stay here again!」

「The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.」

「I never got my room. There wasn’t anyone on site to check me in. The lobby floor needed to be vacuumed. And there were people actually living there huddling in a large circle in front of the building chain smoking cigarettes.」
