COVID-19対策も万全
湖が見られる、かなり高額な部屋だった割にはバルコニーがなく残念でしたが、COVID-19対策もきちんとされており、部屋も無料Wi-Fiで色々な面で快適でした。 ベッドが硬過ぎず柔らか過ぎずで、腰が痛くならず寝心地が良かったです。 ホテル内のレストランも、パスタの茹で過ぎ以外はとても美味しかった。

If a balcony is important we would recommend a larger unit type to ensure this is available. We are pleased to hear the room was comfortable and thank you for acknowledging our Covid efforts.

Exceptional Service and beautiful hotel! Everyone i encountered was pleasant and was willing to assist you. I absolutely love the White Tea bathroom amenities, and the Sleep Well bedside balms. The hot tub was extremely relaxing. Truly an amazing stay, I will definitely be back!

I stayed at the hotel for two days. There were construction works and I woke up with a terrible sound in the early hours of the morning. The sounds continued almost throughout the day.

We were traveling with our dogs, it would have been nice if we were on the main floor. From our room on the 3rd floor, it was a long walk and down the elevator for us to get outside with them. Our room was nice and the hotel staff were really friendly.

Very nice rooms. Our room was upgraded which was very nice but we didn’t get the 2 queen beds we originally booked. Had a great time anyway. The 1 negative comment I have was you sent way too many texts wanting reviews etc. before we even made it home.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. Always something going on in the village. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Right at the foot of Blue Mountain makes for wonderful hiking and walking.

The Westin was an amazing stay! Our room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable couches for relaxing. The TV came with various networks and Netflix/Prime streaming options. We also had a balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and provided us with a later checkout when we asked. Would definitely go back again!

We liked the easy access to the pools. Was unhappy with sharp broken tiles in hot tub that I caught my foot on. The rooms were clean and access to the village was seamless.

A great option if you are heading to the slopes for a few days. Very easy access to the village. All the restaurants and shops were a couple of minutes walk away, as were the lifts. Valet parking made the checkin process very easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were really accommodating and eager to please. Overall, a good stay.
