The staff at the check-in counter were nice and exhibited a professional attitude. They offered underground parking after we mentioned having difficulty finding a parking area. However, upon checking into our room, we noticed it was unclean; a lady's long hair was still stuck to the bathroom wall, and a Q-tip was on the floor.
Additionally, there was no door between the toilet and the shower area, which had a wooden floor. This design could lead to water damage, for which the hotel may charge guests according to their policy.
Despite these issues, the staff were well-trained and handled the situation professionally, offering us another room. Although it took a bit longer than expected, their willingness to resolve the problem was evident.
