Hello Maryanne, thank you for staying with us and for the feedback about the cleanliness of the hot tub and parking charges. The hot tubs are cleaned daily and monitored for debris. Unfortunately, we have experienced some wild inclement weather and with the high winds, it's an ongoing battle for our teams to maintain with the swirling flora. We are working on the getting the upper hand on addressing the issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We have brought this to the attention of our leaders to monitor more closely.

We value our guest insights and sincerely regret the impact that other guests had on your family’s overall enjoyment. Village bars, restaurants, along with guests are cautioned to lower volume after 11pm and can understand your frustration with the one in earshot not complying with the bylaw. On report of noise, we are happy to dispatch our security personnel to the offending location to provide a warning and trust that you were able to connect with our associates to provide your concerns.

When you stay with us next, sister building Seasons at Blue will have completed its renovation at the end of June 2024.
