「The Hotel overall was Excellent. We look forward to stay again. However, a $100 deposit was required. When I checked out, the front desk clerk stated it would be refunded to the card used. However, when it had not yet been refunded, I called the Hotel Front Desk to follow up. They answered but put me on hold until the call disconnected. This happend 3 consecutive times. The succeeding 4th 5th 6th call were never answered」
