"I never saw staff around helping or giving any kind of instructions. The pizza food court area to order was chaotic. So many people didn’t know how to use their credits and the pick up lines had everyone trying to cut because they would see their name pop up. The timer on getting ice and drinks was a disaster and couldn’t get ice for days. It was never filled up. Adult only hot tub had no one to regulate that. Kids were in there every day. Bowling should have instructions on how to get tickets. There was only one working elevator for the entire weekend WORST part of the trip "

"Great stay!"

"This is an amazing hotel, beautiful to say the least, well appointed and the decor is wonderful! Very classy, luxurious and comfortable, and social. Had my wife and I stayed for leisure instead of a place to relax for the night, I would have been very impressed. We love boutique hotels and amenities. However, I must say the room was disappointing. At the price point, I’m used to a room I don’t want to leave. The room was… functional. Well appointed, but just functional. Smaller, no real sitting/lounge area (a chaise under a window is not a sitting area), bathroom was smaller (although the under vanity motion lights are a nice touch), and the room was loud. We could hear everything from outside, in the halls… sounded like thin walls. I digress. As a weekend getaway destination I would think this would be an excellent spot for wine drinking couples to retreat to in a nice part of town. If you are more of a “room” person… ehhhh."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the staff wasn’t outright rude, they were far from welcoming or accommodating, which made the overall experience feel impersonal from the start. The property itself is extremely outdated. The hallways were dim, worn, and honestly unsettling—they felt more like something out of a horror movie than a place meant for guests to feel comfortable. The room didn’t offer much relief either. The pillows were overly soft and mushy, providing little to no support, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.What was most concerning, however, was the lack of basic safety measures. The windows in the room did not have locks. While I was on the third floor, this is still a serious safety oversight and not something guests should have to worry about.The “continental breakfast” was another major letdown. It was advertised as an amenity, but the options were extremely limited just waffles, coffee, juice, and a few basic cereals. It did not meet expectations at all and feels misleading to promote it as a highlight.Although the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, even that experience was frustrating. I was initially told to wait at Gate C35, only to find out it was under construction and had to relocate to Gate C3. During this process, the staff over the phone were not helpful or patient. Instead of assisting, they rushed me, despite the fact that I was unfamiliar with the area and traveling from out of state."

"Well, there are much higher priced hotels in the area.Staying here gives you a clean, safe room at an unbelievable great price.Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through this area."
