The location of this beautiful home is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Texas coast. There are multiple fantastic places nearby to bond with friends and family. The popular local restaurant, The Fish Spot, is just 3 minutes away—you can enjoy a meal and try your hand at fishing. For fun in a beach-like setting, visit Lagoonfest Texas, where you can enjoy water sports and beautiful scenery. In the mood for shopping? The Tanger Outlets are only 17 minutes away, offering great items at excellent prices.



Other Things to Note:

• Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

• No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 7+ guests.

• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated . Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance.-NO POOL LIGHTS- NO HEATED POOL-

• Landscaping: Is done once a week.

• Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.

• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.

• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
