"My son (15) and me decided to get breakfast at the hotel for 3 days stay. When we arrived I was told at the counter by the hotel employee that I can only get only 3 breakfast tickets for adults. She would not give the tickets for my son. She said breakfast charge is only for adult not teenager. Also they never had buffet only you had to pick up breakfast items from the menu. I paid 91 dollars for breakfast buffet , but only received 3 tickets entries for me not my son. That is 30 dollars per day."

"Inside the room was mostly acceptable. The bathroom was very compact. There was very minimal room in the bathroom to dress. I have a special needs child, and the space in the bathroom was very challenging. The room's exterior (outside grounds) was very questionable for different reasons. At night, the local clientele or patrons were very loud with alcohol containers left in the parking lot. The following morning, there were bags of trash at the base of the stairs as though someone was evicted. The continental breakfast was not available within the advertised time for it. The continental breakfast area appeared to be a BYOB (bring your own breakfast). A staff member appeared to be trying to get the coffee dispenser to work. In frustration, the staff member gave up and walked away."
