ヴィラは1998年に、丘の上に建てられ、緑の丘と海に流れ込む崖の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。

2015年シーズンには、5〜7人用の屋外温水スパが設置されました。 水温は年間を通して26〜40°Cに調整できます。 スパへの無制限アクセスの料金は1滞在あたり150ユーロです。 ご滞在中にスパの使用に関心がある場合は、予約時にお知らせください。

2014年シーズンには、インターネットに接続された新しいフラットスクリーンスマートテレビが設置されました。

2013年シーズンには、いくつかの改善が行われました。
-リビングルームとダイニングルームのすべての新しい家具（追加の2人を収容できるソファベッド付き）
-新しく塗装されたすべてのインテリアとエクステリア

2012年、このヴィラには多数の新しいアメニティが装備されました。

別荘へと続く小さな道は、道路の少し上流の別荘の地下にあるガレージに直接駐車できます。

リビングルーム、ベッドルーム、テラス、スイミングプール、庭園は、道路レベルの約3メートル上にあります。 通行人や車に邪魔されることはなく、谷の景色を遮るものはありません。

ヴィラには3つのベッドルームがあり、2つはプールを見渡せ、1つは庭の裏にあります。 すべての寝室に通じる廊下は、2つのバスルーム（1つはバスタブ付き、もう1つはシャワー付き）につながっています。 リビングルームには、大きなダイニングテーブル、ソファ付きの応接間、暖炉、DVDプレーヤー付きのフラットスクリーンがあります。

Situation et vue exceptionnelles
Belle villa au calme avec vue sur la mer . Proche de la belle petite ville de Moraira . Un bel espace extérieur . Un petit bémol pour la propreté des équipements . Une belle piscine mais dont la mosaïque se décolle . Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour .

Fantastisch (met een klein smetje)
We hebben een geweldige week in dit huis vertoefd. Het huis is zoals op de foto's: gewoon precies wat je ervan verwacht. Vooral het geweldige zwembad, het terras en het buitenverblijf met bbq is in een woord geweldig. De faciliteiten in huis zijn top, prima WiFi, goede airco, de slaapkamers voldoen, enkel de keuken is wat smoezelig. De badkamers zijn gedateerd maar functioneren prima. Handig is de garage waar je auto koel blijft. Alles is binnen 10 minuten met de auto te bereiken: het strand, diverse supermarkten en het centrum van Moraira. Kortom: een heerlijk huis om te verblijven.

Really nice villa, great location
The villa was as impressive as it looked o the website. Great location with fantastic views. Very comfortable inside and the garden area was really lovely. A couple of minor problems were quickly dealt with by the owner. Cant wait to return.

Family holiday
We spent a week at the villa as a family of five. We have visiting Moraira a number of times so know the area well, and the villa did not disappoint. The villa has amazing unobscured views and brilliant outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen / BBQ / eating area is a particular highlight. The owners messaged during our stay to check everything was as expected and also provide a local contact who can help with any issues if they arise while on holiday. Overall would recommend highly for families looking for a holiday villa.

Amazing
The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year

We hebben 5 weken genoten van dit prachtige huis, de mooie omgeving en de gezelligheid van Moraira. De vragen die we hadden wel snel beantwoord door Tomasz of door de housekeeper, Ana. Goede communicatie en alles perfect voor elkaar. In dit huis is alles wat je wenst. Onze hond heeft het ook heerlijk gehad; er zijn mooie wandelingen te maken in de directe omgeving. Perfekt
Wir verbrachten mit unseren Hunden 4 herrliche Wochen in Toms Haus und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an „zuhause“ in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, Haus und Grundstück laden direkt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Online Arbeiten klappte prima und zuverlässig. Tom und Ana waren bei Fragen jederzeit schnell und zuverlässig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich und wenige Minuten entfernt. Moraira selbst ist ein schönes, ruhiges und entspanntes Örtchen, wir haben uns dort auch mit den Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Jetzt im Herbst konnte man die Hunde problemlos überall hin mitnehmen, zusätzlich gibt es im Park einen eingezäunten Freilaufbereich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne und abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen entlang des Meeres und der Klippen. Die Gastronomie in Moraira und Umgebung ist ebenso vielfältig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall zurück kommen.

Excellent Villa
We stayed in the property for 6 weeks from 1 October 2022. Good points were: Communication with the owner was excellent, both prior to and during our vacation and Tom was extremely helpful and would reply very promptly. The setting was very peaceful, apart from some building work close by, but that could happen anywhere. Pool and outside area was lovely and plenty of space to relax, we also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area where we ate and drank on a number of occasions, also had a nice view towards the mountains and the sea. Beds were really comfy but bedrooms were on the smallish side but plenty of wardrobe space made up for that and they were perfectly adequate for our needs. Some things for consideration are: The cost to heat the swimming pool is around 43 Euros a day, not so much a problem in the summer months but something to consider in the cooler months, also there is no cover for the pool to keep the heat in. The hot tub was lovely but the chlorine was very strong, but I suppose it has to be this way. I mentioned this to one of the pool people but my Spanish is as good as his English, so we left things as they were lol. Overall we had a really great time and would not hesitate to return.

Underbart och perfekt!
Värden får alla våra absolut bästa rekommendationer, bra information och snabb återkoppling. Bilderna på fastigheten stämmer och det välskötta huset bjuder på en underbar vy över berg och hav, utekök och poolområde som är så trevligt att man inte har behov av att lämna huset alls. Sköna sängar och kök och badrum med allt man kan behöva under semestern. Vi hade gärna stannat längre än 18 nätter med vår familj och våra vänner. Allt passade alla 11-52 år:-)

Great Villa for all year round!
I stayed in the villa for 2 weeks. First with family then with friends. It was a combination of holiday and remote working. Cannot think of a better place. The outside area is ideal for hosting celebrations with your beloved ones. From the fully kitted BBQ shed to the hot tub and swimming pool area with sea views. You will only want to enjoy your time outside. Even during those colder and even rainy days of early March, being outside with the heaters on is also a wonderful experience. Moreover, the indoor fire place next to the big screen tv is also a delight. The neighborhood is super quiet and the town itself is lovely. Tons of restaurants and bars full of life even in the low season. This is not like Benidorm or the likes, the people around the area are mostly quiet and respectful expat residents. Another very top point is the management of the property. Super responsive and attentive in case you need anything or have any issue. In addition, pets are welcome so you can bring them along. I also particularly enjoyed the nearby trails, definitely a must do. I highly recommend this villa! Would definitely come back :)

Espectacular
He estado una semana con mi familia en la casa, hemos estado súper agusto, la casa es preciosa, todo muy limpio y muy bien decorado. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa así como las vistas son espectaculares. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy buena. Seguro que volveremos.

El paraíso
Es una preciosidad de casa. Está muy bien cuidada y muy bien equipada. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la piscina y la zona de la barbacoa. Hemos pasado toda la estancia en esa zona. El agua de la piscina estaba súper limpia y calentita. Si no pasa nada pensamos volver para el año próximo. El contacto con los propietarios ha sido muy fluida y sin ningún tipo.de problemas. Tanto la vivienda como los propietarios se merecen un 10. Gracias por todo.

Skønt hus med dejlige omgivelser
Vi havde en dejlig uge i dette hus, og det levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Alt fungerede perfekt, og Thomasz, udlejeren, var superhurtig til at melde tilbage og alt gik smidigt ifm. lejeaftalen. Køkkenet er veludstyret med alt hvad man har brug for og lidt mere. Der er et fint udekøkken, hvor der både er køle/fryseskab og en stor grill. Lækker pool og skøn have. Et hus vi sagtens kunne finde på at leje igen.
