"We found this to be a cozy and welcoming cabin with a view of the river. The listing and photos described the property exactly. Very clean. Kitchen area is compact but well equipped. There is a 2-burner electric cooktop and microwave, no oven. Beds are comfortable. The 3-sided windowed nook with the additional queen bed was a great place to chill out. Very dog friendly - water dish, dog towels, poo bags. Try the pizza at Takoda’s Restaurant and take the time to hike Sahalie Falls. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to a return trip."

"This was the perfect Thanksgiving get away! My family along with 2 other families cooked up an entire Thanksgiving feast, with Turkey, Ham and all the fixings. We were so pleasantly surprised to find how well this kitchen was stocked! They thought of everything! We took hikes, soaks in the hot tub, watched football and truly enjoyed our 4 nights at this beautiful property! We will go back! "

"Rented the unit for a 5 day fishing/hiking adventure on the river with a long time friend. We couldn’t possibly have been more pleased with everything about the home and the rental process! From the decor to the well appointed bedrooms, showers, kitchen and relaxing living room we just felt lucky to have found and secured the home! It’s a very special place right along the river with great access to many of the commercial businesses nearby while also feeling so remote in the Cascade foothills. Would definitely return and couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks again for all your attention to every detail. "
