Looking for a clean, comfortable 4 bedroom home in Terre Haute? This is it!

Street parking only. Up to 2 vehicles may park in front of the property. Please note that parking spaces are public and not reserved.

3 bedrooms on first floor and 4th bedroom on 2nd floor - 1.5 bathrooms. This home is equipped with everything you need, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee bar with starter coffees and fixings, a snack basket, essential toiletries, linens, and washer/dryer!

The kitchen comes with coffeemaker (drip and Keurig), dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. We have a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator.

The living room has a sectional sofa where you can relax and watch the 55” flat screen smart TV. Each room has blackout blinds if you prefer the house to be darker.

There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom on the first floor has a King bed and a 50` Smart TV. The second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds with LED lights run by remotes. It`s a cute room for kids and even some adults may enjoy it just as much. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th bedroom (upstairs) also has a 40` flat screen TV to be used with a fire stick. The bathroom attached to this bedroom is a half bath.

Step outside into the backyard where you can enjoy sitting or relaxing. The back yard has a fence, but at this time, it is not fully fenced for doggies.

Less than a block away, is a beautiful park that has basketball and tennis courts, pavilion area with picnic tables and a softball field.

We allow 2 well behaved pets. Pet fee is $75/stay. Please clean up after your pet. We do have 2 dog and 2 cat bowls as well as doggie doo bags that are located under the dryer. We will charge an extra $20 to clean up pet poo and $50 extra to clean up pet hair. Please crate your animals if they are left alone.

Guest Count
• The home accommodates up to 6 guests
• Additional guests must be approved in advance ($50/night per guest)
• Unapproved guests or visitors may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the stay

Late Check-Out
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Unapproved late check-out may be charged at $50/hour (subject to availability)

Damages & Cleaning
• Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required
• A $150 management fee may apply in addition to repair/replacement costs
Pets
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval and applicable fee
• Unapproved pets may result in additional cleaning charges and/or cancellation of the stay

Smoking & Safety
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No drugs or weapons permitted
• Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the property without refund

• Guests who do not follow house guidelines may be asked to leave without refund

• We appreciate you leaving the home in good condition and similar to how you found it
