Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily.

Chegamos e as reservas estavam nos nomes dos nossos filhos. Não entendi o motivo. Um dificuldade imensa para me comunicar com o atendente. Não conseguia me fazer entender. Aparentemente, ele não foi muito com a minha cara. No quarto da minha esposa, a data de manutenção do ar condicionado estava vencida desde 12/2024. Ela, com um bebê de 8 meses, sem poder ligar o ar, em Teresina… não pudemos trocar de quarto por, segundo alegações, o hotel estar cheio. Se eu puder, eu não volto. Só volta se não tiver opção mesmo. Meu quarto, quando entrei no primeiro dia, estava alagado, pois deixaram a mangueira aberta no banheiro, quando fui para o 4 andar, no segundo dia, saia um cheiro de esgoto do banheiro. Eu troquei de quarto porque estava com reservas no app e particular, pois tive que mudar a data do meu vôo. Só por isso, mas minha esposa ficou o tempo inteiro. Se for algo rápido, para ir sozinho, ou seja, sem família, até recomendo. Fora do que eu mencionei, não recomendo, não.

O atendimento no balcão foi excelente, a limpeza também excelente, mas a acústica do quarto não é boa, o frigobar estava sem funcionar, e o pessoal do café da manhã é mal humorado!

Muito boa, entretanto na primeira suite que ficamos havia uma infiltração na base do box do chuveiro, que alagava o lado do vaso sanitário. Após informarmos na portaria, o problema foi solucionado com a troca de suíte.

Cheguei e nem o chuveiro com água aquecida nem a televisão estavam funcionando. No segundo dia o aquecedor do chuveiro voltou a funcionar mas a tv permaneceu sem funcionar mesmo eu chamando o serviço de quarto para verificar em diversos momentos.
