「What an hidden gem in the heart of town and Ana amazing service including the restaurant , bar and the spa we enjoyed our first trip to terciera and highly recommend for couples . It should not be missed and everything is boutique and understated luxury」

「Location was very good next to the town square with a restaurant across the street open late. Room was nice with a balcony overlooking the garden. Bed was a bit hard for me. The only inconvenience was that no one was at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait for 5 minutes before someone appeared.」

「Beautiful views. Nice pool but could have been better maintained. Front desk staff lovely; very helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast buffet and their staff need work. Coffee machines often down, food would ruin our and there was sometimes a long wait. Staff was not always pleasant either. Definitely some training needed there.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The staff is beyond helpful! We missed our flight and could not find a taxi and the staff drove us to our destination. Beyond kind and helpful 🙏🙏🙏」
