Staff were nice. Not sure why the hotel had a girl stand guard over the entrance to the restaurant. She wasn’t friendly and served no purpose. She didn’t even open the door. Guess she was checking to make sure nobody ran off with the dishes.

Nice hotel & stay

The stay was great but the breakfast options were awful. We paid for breakfast with the room. We were seated in a different room than the main cafeteria. The only food options available to us were precooked eggs in a green sauce, beans, fruit, juice & bread. The one egg available to me was precooked, rubbery & the green sauce it was in was weird tasting. I don't eat beans but i just had a small amount of fruit & a glass of juice. No other options available. Needless to say breakfast was awful. Walking back thru the other area i noticed there was a huge selection of foods to choose from. I was amazed at how It would have been better had we just paid for breakfast that morning. There is no need to separate the areas. Everyone should be allowed to have the exact same breakfast options. Other than the breakfast, our stay was good, everyone was friendly, room was clean & it was very quiet. We would stay here again but not with breakfast included with the room.

Todo está perfecto solo que no nos dijeron el horario de desayuno de cortesía y pues ya no se desayuno ahí creo que eso lo deben de remarcar en los boletos que dan para evitar ese tipo de eventos por qué uno se queda por la comodidad de tener todo ahí. Gracias

La experiencia con su personal del lobby fue muy mala. Llevé a mi madre a una cita médica, por lo que solicitamos de manera amable, nos pudieran facilitar el acceso a la habitación, unos minutos antes del check-in, (puesto que la cita era a la misma hora "3pm"), lo cual nos fue negado, incluso viendo que mi mamá sufre de una discapacidad para caminar. Se nos asignó una habitación en planta alta, para la cual no existe elevador para accesar, y mi madre usa andadera para caminar y subir escalones es casi imposible. Finalmente nos asignaron otra habitación para la cual había que caminar muchos metros por el pasillo. ¡Parece que cerraran los ojos ante la necesidad de una persona con capacidades diferentes! Además, por la disque rampa de acceso al hotel para silla de ruedas o personas con discapacidad, no entra una silla no la andadera. En fin, ¡no recomendamos ese hotel, por el pésimo trato humano de sus colaboradores de recepción!
