"Wonderful experience! You feel like you’ve stepped back in time to the early 1900’s. The lobby and foyer is grand and beautiful. We loved the elevator that had to be operated by the staff. Fatima, the hotel clerk was exceptional and made us feel so welcome. "

Complimentary drinks/snacks at check-in and complimentary breakfast were much appreciated. James the lobby attendant Was fantastic with his suggestions for places to eat, shops to check out.
