  • Puffin Cottage Holidays is delighted to present Bryn Hafod, a beautifully appointed luxury lodge with private hot tub located within the peaceful coastal village of Penally, just a short distance from the bustling seaside town of Tenby.


    Set within the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at Penally Grange, an exclusive development of high-end lodges on the edge of Tenby, Bryn Hafod offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. Tenby’s award-winning South Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away, while the charming seaside village of Saundersfoot can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The popular market town of Narberth, known for its independent boutiques and eateries, is around 20 minutes away.


    Named “Bryn Hafod,” meaning “Summer Hill,” the lodge combines a stylish, modern interior with unique coastal décor, whilst prioritising the comfort for your holiday. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light and features French doors opening onto a furnished terrace and private hot tub (available at an additional charge) — an ideal setting to relax after a day exploring Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline.


    The peaceful village of Penally offers two highly regarded restaurants, a traditional pub, all within walking distance, while Tenby town centre is just a 20–25-minute stroll away.

    Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, Bryn Hafod provides spacious, light-filled accommodation perfect for families or friends sharing. Two of the three bedrooms benefits from its own private en-suite, ensuring comfort and privacy, this is on top of course of the main family bathroom!


    Lounge and Dining Area


    Comfortable sofa seating with dining for six guests, features a gas fireplace, large Smart TV with Freeview. French doors leading to the furnished terrace and hot tub area, enjoying a peaceful outlook.


    Kitchen


    Fully equipped for a self-catering stay and finished to a high standard. Includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric oven and gas hob.


    Bedroom 1 and Ensuite


    King-size bed dressed in high-quality linens, tv and built-in wardrobes. Luxurious ensuite featuring a large walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, mirror and wash hand basin. Heated towel rail and underfloor heating.


    Bedroom 2 and Ensuite


    King-size bed with luxury bedding. Built in wardrobes with TV. Ensuite with large walk in rainfall shower, toilet, wash hand basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating.


    Bedroom 3 with access to Family Bathroom


    Twin beds with comfortable bedding, built in wardrobes, tv and a door to access the family bathroom.

    Family bathroom with luxurious deep standalone bath, large walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, mirror, heated towel rail and wash hand basin. Underfloor heating.


    Outside Area


    Bryn Hafod’s outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and sociable evenings. Furnished patio with seating for six and a private hot tub area (please pre-book if required).

    Pet Friendly


    Two small dogs or one medium dog are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the park. Please see our dog friendly beaches guide for nearby coastal walks and adventures.


    Additional Information


    Please note: That stag and hen parties are strictly not permitted at this property. Mixed group and same sex group bookings may be considered by prior application only and are subject to owner's approval and checks.


    Hot tub hire: £250 per week or short break. The water is freshly changed before every stay, so the temperature may take until the following morning to reach its optimum level. Please request the hot tub at the time of booking or at least two weeks prior to arrival.


    Check-in: From 4pm on the day of arrival.


    Security deposit: £150 refundable good housekeeping bond.


    Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. Also supplied are towels for hot tub use.


    Occupancy: Strictly a sleep-6 property (including infants). A cot and highchair are provided.


    Bookings: Couples and family bookings only – no parties, hen or stag groups.


    Development notice: Penally Grange is a developing park, and, on occasion, some works may take place.

    As stated in the property description, the hot tub is an additional extra that is not included in the booking price of the lodge. The cost for the hot tub is £250 per stay. If you wish to add the hot tub to your booking please contact us on booking or at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.

    Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

    Terms and Conditions of Hire.

    Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

    By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

    These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

    "Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
    "Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
    "Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
    "Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
    "Website" means the booking website.
    "Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
    "Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
    "Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
    "Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
    "Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
    "You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
    When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

    1. Contract and Booking
    We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

    Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

    The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

    The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

    No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

    Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

    2. Booking Fees
    A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

    3. Deposits and Balance Payments
    Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

    The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

    4. Damage Deposits
    Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and t
