Whether you're here for world-class wine tasting or a relaxing family escape, you’ll love unwinding in the serene outdoor space, complete with a private hot tub—perfect for stargazing after a day in the vineyards.

🏡 The Space
Sleep: The main house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms featuring quality mattresses, cozy linens, and plenty of room to unwind. Two twin floor mattresses are also available for children. The attached tiny home can accommodate an additional 2 guests; however, maximum occupancy for the property is 10 guests total.
Gather & Relax: Open-concept living areas offer ample seating for group conversations, movie nights, and shared meals.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area ideal for home-cooked meals or wine-country feasts.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is mandatory and must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required per stay to cover potential incidentals and is released after checkout.
Quiet Hours: Located in a serene residential area; guests are asked to observe quiet hours starting at 10 pm.
Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the tiny home (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy).
Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable, per week or portion of a week). Please provide your dog’s name, breed, and weight at booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and should be respectful of furniture and space.
Cancellation Fee: We understand plans can change. All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.
