Your family with have all the room they need in this spacious 3 bedroom brick home. The home has been thoughtfully updated with all the modern conveniences while maintaining historical charm. The home is conveniently located to several Central Texas destinations, 30 mins to Magnolia Silos in Waco, 20 mins to shopping in Salado, 15 mins to the Expo Center in Belton, 11 mins to Scott & White Hospital in Temple, and only 4 mins to the Frank Mayborn Civic & Convention Center.
There are security cameras one each front and back doors, outside only.

Quiet little sanctuary...
We had to come to Temple to handle some sad family business and this little house was a soft place to land. It was quiet, organized and central to everything. Best of all, we had an amazing host who was so easy to work with and over-the-top attentive to our needs. We will always stay here when we visit Temple. Very impressed.

We had people visiting and wanted a place for them to stay. They were comfortable, the only issue they had was that there was only one shower, the second bathroom only has a tub, but they made it work.

Perfect respite…
The house was extremely clean and precisely put together. The details were impeccable. I always look for places that are 1) No smoking 2) Clean 3) Have some charm. This was the place! Not over the top or elaborate, just a comfortable abode with which we could lazily relax after a day or two of testing at S&W. We appreciate hosts like this.
