Expansive views from the pristine floor to ceiling windows beckon the outdoors within to dance among the smooth and precise architectural lines throughout the undulating main living space. Sprawling across in eloquent expression, the great room is home to a plethora of soft lounging spaces all adorned by the oversized iron and slate fireplace. Traverse into the ethereal dining space with natural seating for eight, or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar with room for four to gaze in awe into the sleek kitchen encompassing an oversized island. Spend evenings nuzzled in the lounge with plush seating and acoustic perfection for movie nights, or pile in the hot tub and around the fire pit to appreciate the outdoor living space.
The artfully mastered staircase leads upstairs to the main bedroom and ensuite. Tucked away downstairs are two guest bedrooms with ensuites and the double bunk room. For more privacy, skip up the staircase to the guest house complete with kitchen, living room, and two queen bedrooms sharing an ensuite. The guest house lends way to the outdoor living space, too, where a glimpse of a bustling beaver and the stillness of the pettering pond envelop the senses for maximum serenity.
Stroll down Benchmark Drive into Mountain Village Core, where one may duck into the Timber Room or excitedly anticipate a ride to dinner at the elusive Alpino Vino. Grab breakfast at Telluride Coffee or stock up on supplies at the Village Market before heading out to adventure in Ouray. No matter the adventure, this stately abode quietly waits to offer a welcome home.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 6.
- Easy walk to ski run down the street on Benchmark Drive, and Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride is available to take you from the home to the nearest gondola.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
