「good hotel for families. Helpful staff, good clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location. Only downside is inhouse restaurant is not capable to take the evening rush. Delayed orders. However, swiggy is allowed in the hotel.」

「Great staff. We had forgotten an iPad when we left the hotel to attend a wedding for four days. Upon our return the manager flagged us down and asked if the iPad he was holding was ours. We hadn’t even realized we had left it behind due to our busy wedding festival activities. So grateful for this kind act. 」

「Nice Hotel to stay even for a family. Service was good, Staff were obedient. Rooms were big and clean. Would love to visit again in my next tour to Nagpur.」

「The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. One room was spacious and the other was slightly...

「The hotel was shut down because of renovations in progress and did not notify us in advance. We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first.」
