Located at Yona Hanavi 37, on the 1st floor of a Tel Aviv building with an elevator, this 100 sq.m apartment boasts modern decor and high-quality furnishings. The spacious living area provides a comfortable space for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Step out onto the 5 sq.m balcony and enjoy the fresh air. Despite being in an older building with construction nearby, our apartment offers a newly renovated interior and is just a stone's throw away from the beach.
