On the sea. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is very close to the boardwalk.
The property has bicycles to ride.
Breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
I was my first time at The Herbert and it was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself and the rooms are kept very clean. Rooms was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Lobby area is very inviting, coffee and snacks are available. Housekeeping also does an amazing job. Breakfast is offered in the hotel opposite as a buffet. Plenty of choice for everybody
Unbeatable location. Literally on the beach and tayelet. Walking distance to everything. Service was A . Spotless rooms, luxury linen and towels. Amazing coffee and breakfast. Will definitely be back!

The location was really great. The staff was very professional and helpful. A big thank you to Irina and the other guy I can't remember the name who made our stay more memorable.
The room was very small and I didn't like to have to cross the street to the Herbert opera hotel in the morning for breakfast. This term was not disclosed before or during booking. I think this is unfair for guests to only know this important details after they confirm their booking.

Disliked: Room comfort
The hotel does not have a lift, there was no wardrobe in the room - we had to keep clothes on hooks on the entrance door, breakfast was in another hotel across the square, the equipment in the bathroom was aged
The Reception staff though was friendly and they tried to be helpful
The beach is right across the street with free chairs and wonderful warm water. The hotel is clean and our balcony was huge. We did not find any real restaurants in the walking area other than the hotel.
The hotel is located in the perfect location to be in Tel Aviv, just meter away from the beach in a central part.
It is very stylishly furnished and very comfortable.
Standard rooms are very small, but cosy and nice.
The breakfast is served across the street in the much larger Herbert Samuel hotel - the best breakfast buffet ever.

The location and staff were excellent… the only negative was the size of the room.. uncomfortably small..
Great hotel. Great location. Extremely helpful staff that allowed us to check in early and check out late. AND upgraded our room at no cost. Great breakfast in the sister hotel next door. And the cheapest parking in all of Tel Aviv - 60 NIS for a day and a half. Things to be aware of:
- There is no elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for us. And they have a porter to help.
- the rooms are small with little to no closet space.
The best! We loved everything about this wonderful boutique hotel. It is welcoming, trendy and clean. You can't beat the location- right on the Tel Aviv promenade/beach!
Nevo and his entire team were amazing. Special acknowledgment to Alexy and Natalia for their kindness and care. We enjoyed afternoon/early evening drinks at the bar and breakfast every morning was excellent!
Just outside the hotel are many bus stops reaching all areas of the city as well as to inter-city trains stations.
The outside of the hotel is under construction. Something you should know before you book this place.
The shower door was hard to close whice means the whole bathroom floor was wet when we took showers.
The restroom window handle was broken so I wasn’t able to open the window.
There was no bell boy to carry our stuff to the room that was on the 5th floor without elevator.
The manager didn’t really apologize for this experience was only sitting there and telling me this is the concept of boutique hotels..
Won’t stay here again.

Pros: Right on the beach, you cannot ask for a better location. The hotel is very clean and it's very quiet.
Cons: The rooms are right next to each other so you can definitely hear your neighbours. It's boutique hotel so that's to be expected. The Rooms are also VERY small and that's with booking what seems to be the largest room they had, so don't let any of the photos on the website fool you. Like I said, it's a boutique hotel, so know what you're getting yourself into. If you want a big room, do not book this hotel. The shower and toilet are in the same space, so when you shower the toiler gets all wet. The bathroom itself is small as well.
With everything I know, I probably would have booked a room in the sister hotel right next door because it had the pool and breakfast. If however you want the best location on the beach for a fairly reasonable price and you don't care about the size of the room, then this is a pretty good hotel to book.
