Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment and its amenities. The building is secure and accessible via a code at the entrance. An elevator takes you directly to the second floor, where the apartment is located. Entry to the apartment is through a private and unique code, provided prior to check-in for a smooth and contactless arrival.

Regarding VAT
- Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT ( 18% ) is not included in the listed prices, thus Israeli Citizens will be requested to pay prior to check-in.
-Mamad Information: The apartment has a Mamad (safe room), but please note that it does not have the standard Mamad door.
- Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in. If this documentation is not provided, a VAT charge of 18% of the total stay will be automatically added. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these legal requirements.
