「ベッドメイキングされていない日があった。その他の日でもゴミ箱の中がそのままだったりサービス全般に、価格相応とは言え無い。また、ミネラルウォーターも初日のみ無料サービスだが、あとは何泊しても供給無し。」

「シャバットでもあったからか、通常のエレベータが使えず、非常用階段に隣接したスタッフエレベーターを使うことになったが、10分程度待たされた。　また、そのエレベータを使う説明が一切なく、レセプション以外のスタッフの対応は投げやり感があり、不快に感じた。 またロケーションが良い事もあるが、支払った宿泊費に見合ったホテルとは思えなかった。」

「The hotel doesn't have noise proof doors in the rooms so I can hear people walking around the hall way. It is a very nice place, nicely decorated but a little dusty. Beds and sheets very comfy. Very nice towels too. They need to put more attention on cleaning. Also the pictures advertise on Expedia about the rooms do not much the offers. Be aware of the "Urban room" it is small bed against a wall that wasn't the room I thought i was getting. Expedia the pictures you show on the app are...

「The hotel is modern and sophisticated one. On the ground floor is nice restaurant and you can have amazing world class breakfast. Room is also nice and clean. However room is a bit cozy, probably I imagine Tel Aviv is expensive place to stay, and location of this hotel is very nice.」
