"The only reason I don't give this listing a 5 star rating is because even though it showed a washer and dryer once we arrived the laundry closet was locked.We stayed for several weeks and packed our luggage taking in consideration that a washer and dryer were present. So, for us, this was quite a big deal. The other negative thing is that the owner never answered when I inquired about it. I sent two messages that were unanswered. Communication is important. "I have stayed there a few times and nothing changes. Equipment in the gym is broken with only one out of five pieces of equipment functioning. No water in water cooler. No towels. Staff doesn't let you check in until exactly 3 pm despite the hotel being mostly empty. Loud construction on the same floor where my room was on multiple days. No water pressure in shower. Mold on ceiling. No hot water in the morning. WIFI in the room is slow and only works close to the door."
