「Never expected a place that nice in such a small town. Everything was perfect!」

「Water heater was apparently not working for our room. The staff resolved this very well by moving us by upgrading us to a suite for the rest of our stay.」

「It was a good place to lay my head.」

「This hotel offered basic value at at the best price for the value in Mountain Home. The room was clean and in good repair. The staff, (led by the owner family) was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic, but I expected that for the money. One evening, I asked the manager on duty about the Mexican restaurant next door. She said, "It's the best one in town!" and so it was. The air conditioning worked well and was easily adjustable to my wishes. I would gladly stay there again!」

「The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.」
