The property is an old hacienda Spanish Style. Humble but good for the price, very clean and staff was very friendly.
This hotel is good if your on a budget. Check in was easy. Yes the hotel looks old but its decent for the price. There is a Oxxo down the street like 2 mins in the car. Its like 5 minutes from the main HWY 2 were all restaurant are at. 9 minutes from the park. Overall i wouldn't mind spending the weekend here for a emergency or a budget. Also you can book a event and have all your gues stay at the hotel.
Arrived and the room had no heater. The front office offered more blankets. After complaining they moved us but the heater made so much noise it was not a restful night.
This property need to be renovated. Some of the wood slabs in our room were loose and flooring uneven. The place was hard to find as the main street did not have signage to direct us to where the hotel was.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The staff was amazing. no complaints about their customer service
The hotel was located away from the city and seemed a bit sketchy at first. Once we parked inside we felt secure. The hotel looks like a barn and we got a free upgrade in rooms because they weren’t too busy. Even though the rooms don’t have TV’s or Wifi, they were cozy and there was a park nearby we walked to. They staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would consider staying there again.
Place was confusing to know what is the lobby entrance plus once there no one was there. Place looked abandoned. A client arrived at parking lot and asked if I needed help and I said yes there’s no one at the lobby to check in. She called the person who needed to be there and said she was on her way.
Farm style potential in need of paint and repairs.
This place is better in the picture, than the reality is down a dirt road and seems like it is a bit in disrepair. The room just seemed odd at best with the missing hot water connection on the tiny sink with no shelf and reversed cold water. The room needs a paint job and a few spots ls filed desperately. The A/C small and noisy did work. Staff friendly but very noisy in the morning nonstop. The place has potential but is not up to the standards on the room with two beds. I would have to give it a one-star with barking dogs in the middle of the night.

Pictures are not accurate
The conditions are rustic and there is limited parking. Far from city center. Dirt road to get here. No tv in room.
No tv, no microwave, no fridge, door lock does not lock properly, personal property was at risk. Dirt unsafe road to get there. No ice, no coffee maker, no iron and ironing board, no where to get a soda snacks or food in hotel or near areA
The room was ok. We checked in with ease and they show us to our room. Not big but we wanted it just to sleep and shower. We arrived at midnight after our event at the city and really wanted to take a bath but we didn't have hot water. Called the reception and the girl was a little clueless about why then she found out that the boiler was off. After 1 hour we gave up and went to bed uncomfortable.
The road is in terrible condition. The hotel is in a remote area creepy. The heater didn't work. Hot water stopped in the middle of shower. Tv only has Pluto. Receptionist said we had to put our own account for whatever app we wanted to see like Netflix and the Roku didn't let downyapps without a code.. complain to receptionist about water heater and heater. She said oh that's weird like if I was lying.
Showed up to find a motorcycle convention with no ability to park in the hotel. Had to park in the street since attendants didn’t have a control of the situation and amount of people in the hotel and parking lot.
They assured us the convention would end at 3 pm and when they weren’t clearing out they updated the end time to 7 pm.
Our family came back at midnight and there was still members here with music blasting, loud people walking and yelling down the hotel hallways, literally the least conducive place to bring a family.
Their inability to be considerate to all patrons at their location not to mention their neighboring community speaks volumes.
Will literally never be back.
Also the front desk said they tried to call us to offer us a refund but couldn’t find our number. Questionable
