Luxurious, fully updated inside and fully equipped with everything needed to host long or short term stays. 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 living areas, two dining areas. Sleeps 21 in beds plus 5 comfy sleeping pads. EV charging station located in the garage.

This house was super clean and had plenty of bedding and linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked well, and there was ample seating for meals. We do wish there was a larger gathering place for everyone to sit together, but other than that, the house was perfection!

We all were going to an event at Capital Reef National Park and we had a larger group. This home was perfect for what we needed. Only 15-20 minutes from the Park and the home was comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for in a stay like this. The host was responsive and communicated quickly. Thank you!

Close to Capital Reef. The sport court was perfect for every one of all ages - we enjoyed playing basketball and pickleball at night. Making s’mores and in foil dinners. House had everything you could desire and was well stocked. Owners replied to messages quickly and were early to work with. Would absolutely stay again.

Two thumbs up for this newly renovated Teasdale house

We loved our stay in Teasdale at this newly renovated place. The sports court was a hit, especially with the teens, and we appreciated the extra entertainment it provided. This is in a great location to visit Capitol Reef National Park! It was my first time visiting the park and we thoroughly enjoyed hiking the surrounding area and exploring the beautiful scenery. The place is as described and fit our group of 15 perfectly. LOVED it!

This beautiful property Close to the entrance of the national park was such a joy to stay at! It was comfortable and clean and the sport court was wonderful! The kitchen was very well equipped. The owners were very accommodating and wonderful to deal with! We had such a great time! it was definitely a five star experience. The only reason I rated one item as a four-star was that when I put a filter on for a hot tub, this property came up, but it turned out to be the jetted tub in the master bedroom instead of a hot tub. Everything else was perfect, and I would highly recommend this property!

The house is wonderful - be prepared for seasonal allergies!

We had a wonderful family reunion at this lovely house. It had everything we needed plus so many extra things that we were surprised to find. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and sports court plus the bikes and scooters. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of extra bedding for the kids who used the sleeping pads. Teasdale itself is so pretty, and it's a short drive to Torrey and Capitol Reef. The only negative was that many in our group suffered from bad outdoor allergies while we were there - we don't know if it was from alfalfa or weeds, but we needed a lot more allergy meds than usual!

Great Amenities

Overall the property was very clean. There were a couple things that had been missed, like the grill. But the bedding, and house were very clean. The best part about this house was that they had little things to use everywhere. Ziplock bags. Every appliance. Scooters. Pickleball paddles and balls. Cooking oil. Etc. They were also very close to the national park. We didn't have a problem going there to check things out multiple times a day.

This place was perfect! It fit all 15 of us very comfortably (we didn’t even use up all the possible sleep options) and had so many amenities. The kids ranging age 1-13 all found things to do and stayed very entertained. They had things I forgot to pack, like a child highchair/booster for the table and a Nintendo Switch. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was gorgeous. I definitely recommend if you are going to Capitol Reef with a large extended family.
