ロケーションはコートヤードに軍配
トビリシの最高級ホテルとしてのサービスは十分で、快適な滞在ができた。ロケーションは系列のコートヤード・マリオット・ホテルのほうが街の中心に位置するため、多少便利ではある。レセプションの窓口が二つしかないため、待っている人数が多い場合に少し時間がかかった点が何点ではあった。WiFiもストレスなくつながり、総合的にはValue for moneyという印象だった。

ハウスキーピングの気配りが足りない
3泊しました。フロントの女性の対応はとっても良かったです。2人で宿泊したのにワイングラスが一つしかなかったり、一泊目に使ったワイングラスがそのまま置いてあったりでちょっと、残念でした。

非常に便利なホテル
ラウンジ利用のプランでしたが、ラウンジで朝食、夕食のビュッフェを堪能できました。それ以外の時間も24時間使用できて休憩に便利でした。 部屋もポット、水圧等問題なかったです。

立地が良い
徒歩圏内でトビリシの観光地に行けます。 立地条件はとてもいいです。 スタッフサービスは特別いいと思いませんでした。他のマリオットの方が良かったです。 スーツケースも客室まで自分で運びました。 フロントスタッフの笑顔も少なく感じました。２名なのにもかかわらずミネラルウオーターも一本で、3泊中最終日のみ2本置いてくれてました。 期待しすぎたのかな。

Excellent. Best place to stay in Tbilsi
Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.

Everything was good. I was not happy about not getting an email response from Michael about getting flowers for my girlfriend before my arrival. I had to go look for a flower shop in a totally new country for me where not too many people speak English to buy her flowers. The hotel staff could have arranged it for me when I was willing to pay whatever it costs. Hotel should have a toll free number so it doesn’t cost us an arm and a leg to make the phone calls from other countries to ask some simple questions.

جيد نوعا ما
جناح جنيور متوسط المستوى والطاقم جيد ومتعاون بشكل عام ويعتبر افضل فندق في تبليسي ينقصه وجود مطعم وكفي لان مطعمهم سيء (خدمات الغرف)، لكن يقع قريبا منه كفي ممتاز من جهة الحديقة بعد الكنيسة ولايوجد لوحة له قريب من السنتر ولايوجد سنتر فعلي لتبليسي مماثل لدول أخرى وانما نوعا ما قريب لاهم المراكز الحكومية مثل البرلمان

We’ve enjoyed our 2 night stay a lot: it’s a luxurious Marriott property, that is well taken care of, with wonderful, friendly staff that always smiles at you. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The whole property smelled great too, it was a pleasure walking into it after a hectic day of touristing outside. Breakfast buffet and food at Parnas were good too - universal, not local Georgian, which works for many tourists that are not familiar with Georgian cuisine. If I come back to Tbilisi - this hotel will remain my first choice of accommodation!
