The worst and the best

Very good value for money, good location and nice room with a very big balcony. Only cleaning the first day and then it stopped. We don't care but it seems a bit random. Breakfast was heavenly. We could choose between fresh made omelet, fried egg, rice porridge og fried rice and the woman serving and cooking the breakfast was the most charming and service minded - than you so much! The reception was something else: When we arrived we first had to argue very long about the price we should pay by booking through hotels.com. After this the female receptionist kept my passport, and when I came back a little later looking for it, she didn't hand it over to me before I asked. She was rude! When checking out we would pay for one bottle of still water but were asked to pay 4 times more. It was a small amount but still annoying and it was the same rude female receptionist. Book it for the good value, the good location and not the least the great breakfast - but NOT for the service in the reception!

Trop bruyant la nuit et petit déjeuner à revoir

J ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel . Hôtel trop bruyant malgré que j étais au dernier étage . Je n ose pas imaginer les chambres devant la réception . isolation non conforme au niveau des portes . Trop bruyant la nuit par les ouvertures de portes ou pour certains parler dans le hall d entrée en rentrant en pleine nuit . Manque d isolation phonique . Petit déjeuner très faible. Pas de viennoiseries. Café soluble uniquement , pas de lait chaud , pas de chocolat . Et présentoir très limite et faible pour bien commencer le journée . 1 assiette de salade concombre tomates avec de la salade pas fraîche / par personne. Il est possible de mieux faire pour l accueil des Français mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour les Français . Niveau chambre c est correct , lit correct salle de bain correct moquette par terre et télévision absence de chaînes françaises dans les chambres . Si vous ne demandez pas le changement des serviettes durant le séjour , vous restez tout le long du séjour sans nettoyage de votre chambre. Hall de réception juste devant les portes de chambres sans isolation phonique . Il faut avoir de la chance pour avoir les chambres à l étage pour avoir le moins de bruit possible , même si les chambres donnent devant un escalier vous entendez les bruits quand même .

Kiva hotelli, Ok huoneet. Kph muuten hyvä mutta WC-pönttö tungettu tosi ahtaaseen selän ja suihkukaapin väliin. Hammasharjat ja -tahnat sisältyivät huoneisiin. Joenranta lähellä, samoin kävelykadut joissa elämää piisasi. Casino melkein vieressä. Ihan Ok aamupala. Saatiin järjestää kokous illlalla liikekumppanien kanssa hotellin tiloissa ilman mitään lisäveloitusta.

Clean and quiet. Walking distance to famous places. Near the bridge. Good location. Staff are helpful and friendly. They just need to improve and have a variety of food choices. We stayed for almost a week and food is the same everyday.

Nice room and breakfast has omelette!

I had the single room which was tiny (around 6-7 sq mtrs). But the place looks like new, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had plenty of hot water, no leaks, and no flooding happen (it did in my previous 2 hotels in Georgia, so it was a big plus). Breakfast even has omeletes! Very good price/quality ratio. Near old town, though in a shabby side street.

1 night stay, clean hotel

We have traveled 3 of friends, and taken 3 rooms out. The hotel lobby and the rooms seemed very clean fresh and new. The bed was extremely comfortable, and provided a good night sleep. The area is very convenient to see the touristic part of the city. Local parking is free on the street around the hotel, and we did not have difficulty to park right in front of the hotel. Though my room had some smell coming from the bathroom. Apart from it was excellent.
