Sleep like a baby in the comfy queen-sized bed. The adjoining flex room can be used as a dedicated home office workspace, nursery, or sleep an additional adult on its fold-out futon.

We offer high-speed internet, a well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave, and a laundry room with a new stacked washer/dryer set.

Enjoy a little downtime watching the sunset from the private backyard, chilling with local channels or your favorite streaming services on the 50" Roku TV, playing on the PS3 with a library of games and DVDs, or having a soak in the newly renovated bathroom's extra-deep tub.

Taylor Cozy Cottage is located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood just off of Taylor's storied Lake Drive. You'll have free onsite parking, and the house is just a short drive to Taylor's downtown, parks, fairground, and even the Samsung semiconductor project.

Important note: The flex room, where the sofa bed (futon) is located, is connected to the bedroom -- see the floor plan in the photo gallery. While the flex room does have a door that can be closed for privacy, you'll have to pass through the bedroom to get to the flex room. Thus, it's probably best to use the flex room as an office space, a den, or a sleeping space for kids, family, or close friends.

Taylor Cozy Cottage requires navigating a few steps to enter the house, so it's not wheelchair-accessible. Our other listing, 'Small Town, Big House' is a great choice if you need a wheelchair-friendly rental.
