Cabo Tortugas se encuentra en la costa del Pacífico, 2 1/2 hrs. en carro desde la Ciudad de Guatemala, tomando la Carretera del Pacífico.

A solo una milla del pueblo de Monterrico, nuestra propiedad está justo en frente de la playa, por lo que cuando esté allí, podrá disfrutar de la vista, el sonido y la fresca brisa del océano. Una refrescante piscina y una cabaña con hamacas, se encuentran justo en frente de la playa. Áreas verdes con gran cantidad de palmeras y vegetación tropical, lo convierten en un gran lugar para descansar y relajarse. La piscina y áreas verdes se comparte entre los bungalows y la casa.

Una casa ecológica, de tres niveles con 6 dormitorios y un mezanine . La capacidad máxima es de 12 personas. Totalmente amueblada y equipada. Se da con ropa de cama. Contamos con un dormitorio con una cama king en el primer nivel, en el segundo nivel tenemos 2 cuartos con cama matrimonial con vista al mar y un balcón en todo el frente de la casa y un cuarto con cama King y otro con dos camas imperiales. En el mezzanine tenemos dos camas imperiales. Dos baños de usos múltiple y la cocina con su despensa. La cocina completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar: estufa, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, ollas, platos, cubiertos, etc.

El diseño y los materiales utilizados en la construcción son locales y también fueron construidos por los aldeanos locales. La palma utilizada en los techos, y los grandes ventanales, hacen que los bungalows sean frescos y les da un toque tropical.

El lugar está orientado a familias y NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS en las instalaciones.

Cabo Tortugas is located in the Pacific coast, 2 1/2 hrs. by car from Guatemala City, taking the Pacific Highway .
Just one mile from the village of Monterrico, our property is right in front of the beach, so when you are there, you will enjoy the view, the sound and the fresh breeze of the ocean. A refreshing swimming pool and a hammock hut, are located right in front of the beach. Green areas with lots of palm trees and tropical vegetation, make it a great place to rest and relax. The swimming pool and green areas are shared between the 2 bungalows and the house

An ecological house, of three levels with 6 bedrooms and a mezzanine. The maximum capacity is 12 people. Fully furnished and equipped. It is given with bedding. We have a bedroom with a king bed on the first level, on the second level we have 2 rooms with a double bed with ocean view and a balcony across the front of the house and a four with a king bed and another with two imperial beds. In the mezzanine we have two imperial beds. Two multipurpose bathrooms and the kitchen with its pantry. The fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.

The design and materials used in the construction, are local and were buildt also by local villagers. The palm used in the roofs, and the large windows, make the bungalows fresh and gives them a tropical touch.

The place is family oriented and NO PETS are allowed in the premisses.
