Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The apartment was great, but we had to look in cupboards for toilet rolls/kitchen roll for example. Basics would have been nice. Like shampoo & body wash, salt and pepper, a bottle of water and at least one dose of washing powder/liquid for the washing machine.
