Nice Accommodations

We really liked the property and all of the amenities. The condo was as advertised, and the washer/dryer was very handy. Unfortunately we were unable to use the balcony during our stay due to construction, but we were warned of this before our stay began.

Absolutely Gorgeous View!

Condo was great! Plenty of room and very clean. Newly renovated, just loved the decor. Just about everything you need is already there. In a nice laid back area but still close enough to everything. Great local dining. Great communication with the owner. Goes out of his way to try and make your stay the best it can be. We would love to come back!

Nice place in the Upper Keys

Nice roomy condo with a great ocean view. The balcony was plenty big to sit and have meals or to just read and enjoy the view. The pool, game room and gym were really great. Private beach is small but nice and sandy. Joe the owner was great to work with and very accommodating. The only downside was the construction and painting going on in the complex which created a lot of noise. Hopefully that will all be finished in the next couple of months and then it will be a very peaceful place to stay.

Fantastic Owner

I can't say enough good things about the owner. Great communication and very helpful. The unit was clean and in great condition. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool temperature was very comfortable. They could have had more lounge chairs, although I believe they may have some in for repair. The only negative was the work being done on the building. I would check on the progress with the owner before booking. He'll give you an honest answer.

Christmas in the Keys

We had a wonderful stay at this location - the view is amazing overlooking the ocean. You can view both sunrise and sunset from the porch which was really a treat. Well stocked and capable kitchen and very well appointed living space.
