Come & stay at the top address in the Mount. Enjoy every luxury in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Views from every window. Situated right in the middle of the iconic Mount Maunaganui main beach & Pilot Bay. There are some of the Bays finest cafes & dining right at your front door. It doesn't get much better! As well as the unlimited wifi, views forever, the mount main beach right over the road, Pilot Bay only a minutes stroll away this apartment also offers a secure basement carpark for your use. Two bedrooms, the master with king bed, ensuite with spa bath, wardrobe & heat pump. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a door opening out onto the spacious deck. This bedroom also has a heat pump & wardrobe. Complete security & peace of mind with access to the building requiring a swipe of the dongle. Very comfy sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Two full bathrooms. Large flat screen Smart Tv, unlimited wifi for multiple devices, there is a 3rd heat pump in the open plan living/dining/kitchen, a sonos sound system. Fully equipped kitchen, nespresso machine, blender & so on. Use the 15m long swimming pool set in the garden on the ground floor. Come stay at the Mounts premium address & see for yourself just why it is considered the top address in the Bay.

Perfect location
Spacious apartment, with everything you need provided. Beds were so comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Loved that we could walk to everything. Would happily stay again.

The best ocean getaway apartment
We had the most amazing time. The view is spectacular with the harbour glistening on one side and the mount on the other. The property’s layout inside is spacious, making it the ideal spot for families with grown children or elder parents. The lift makes the unit accessible. The full spacious kitchen makes cooking breakfast for the family a breeze. The host was lovely and had really thought of the finer touches, throw blankets on couches, coffee machine or an extra set of keys. We will definitely be back!

Just The Best
Just the best location, standard of accommodation - ideal for two couples for a stay amongst the action at Mt Maunganui. Dealing with manager Claude was seamless. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to all our friends.

Amazing location and view. But lacking maintenance - curtains old and shredded, pop-up power port on bench not functioning, some crockery dirty and a bedside light not working. Dated shower /bathroom fit out. Expected better for the $$.

Amazing place
We have stayed in this area before and had a great apartment. But this one was even better. Amazing views, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen and more. We stayed for over a month and I didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure!
