Hi Koji, Thank you for your 5 out of 5 review. You are the legend congrats on your 100 mile (160km) Ultra Tarawera Marathon. Maybe one day I might try the 100km :-) This older building was completely gutted and fully renovated with new bathrooms and full modern kitchens, carpets and new queen and super-king beds. We have aircon/heatpumps, 50 channels SKY satellite TV, new beds and some rooms have waterviews of the inner harbour which is just 40 metres from reception. Free hi-speed wifi on fibre. The rooms are now fully "4 Star" graded. We hope to host you again when you visit Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty.

The quiet cul-de-sac location is popular with everyone who visits as it also has only 500 m to 1 km up to restaurants, the Strand waterfront which is the restaurant precinct for Tuaranga. Glad you enjoyed the newly renovated rooms ( with aircon and 50 satellite TV channels and fibre for internet. we hope to host you again sometime.
