"Room was clean. Pillows too small but comfy. Great room comfort. Staff were all absolutely incredible. Little blond girl who worked the evenings on our last two days was absolutely amazing and best of the best. We would for sure come back again. For now we say see later....."

"I used the cleaning service and the hotel lost 2 items. The pool was close and was the spa, I wanted a massage but the woman was on holiday. My room had a hot tub but without any water so you couldn’t use it. The pool had no water in so you couldn’t use it. But the staff at the hotel are excellent, the owner just isn’t very good with communication or keeping the hotel fit for purpose."

"All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Harry. We were made to feel welcome. The housekeeping staff were diligent and discreet. The location is a bit industrial, but we did not mind that and it felt safe."

"The staff were excellent, and the rooms clean and tidy. It is next to a major road though, so was not quiet. The breakfast included is served airplane style in a box, in your room, which was okay, but not great. The staff and the price won the day though, so good value for money, with a large car park on site."
